Privacy Policy
Who we are
Helm is made by Titan 5 Global LLC ("we"). This policy explains what happens to information in the Helm app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.
What we collect
Nothing. We don't run servers that receive your information, and the app doesn't send us anything: not your projects, your location, your contacts, or how you use the app. We don't sell, share, or rent any information, because we never have it.
Where your information is kept
Everything you enter in Helm (clients, people, projects, time entries, flights, receipts, mileage, invoices, and checks) is stored on your device. If you're signed in to iCloud, Helm keeps your devices in sync through your own private iCloud database, using Apple's CloudKit. That database belongs to your Apple account. We can't see or open it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your settings (your business details, invoice style, calendars, and pay rules) sync between your devices the same way, in the same private iCloud database. Helm also makes automatic backups on a schedule you choose: they're kept on your device and, if you turn it on, in a folder in your own iCloud Drive. Backups you make from Settings are files you save wherever you choose.
What Helm asks permission for, and why
Each is optional. Helm asks the first time a feature needs it, and you can change your answer any time in your device's Settings.

| Notifications | For reminders about overdue invoices, estimated taxes, and your running clock. |
Photos you add come through Apple's photo picker, which gives Helm only the photos you choose.
Services Helm uses
- GSA per diem rates. To look up meals rates, Helm downloads the per diem files the U.S. General Services Administration publishes on gsa.gov. No information about you or your projects is sent; like any website, GSA's servers see an ordinary download request. Helm isn't affiliated with or endorsed by GSA.
- Apple services. Maps (venue search, directions, and drive distances), iCloud, Mail, Siri, and Wallet are provided by Apple and covered by Apple's privacy policy.
- Other apps. When you tap to open an airline's app, a rideshare app, or a government rates page, that app or website handles what happens next under its own privacy policy.
Deleting your information
You can delete anything in the app, or erase everything from Settings. With iCloud sync on, deletions reach your other devices too. Deleting the app removes what's on that device. To remove Helm's iCloud data, go to your device's iCloud settings (Manage Storage) or delete it from within the app.
Children
Helm is a business app for working adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change ever meant collecting information, we'd ask you first in the app.
